After the Mauritian Organisation announced that it will be sending someone else to the Miss International 2016 pageant instead of Manjusha Faugoo there have been uproar about the whole issue. It looks like Manjusha is not going to give in so easy, as the beauty queen is fighting for her right.

As per the Organisation, Manjusha is “mentally unfit” to compete at the Miss International 2016 pageant. Manjusha Faugoo states that she is all prepared to undergo all the necessary tests to prove otherwise.

According to sources, Manjusha Faugoo is heartbroken, as she left her job just to go to Japan and now she doesn’t see that happening anymore. If sources are to be believed, Manjusha was told by the National Director, "It's my pageant, I do whatever I want".

The director and the president of the organizing committee of Miss Mauritius have refused to make any comments on the issue. However, one of the members of the organisation, Kevin Obeegadoo, claimed that there has been an official meeting with Manjusha and her mother. Kevin also said that he cannot reveal any more details before the official proceedings end.
