An actress, model and TV Presenter Alice Duke is all set to represent Nigeria in Miss International 2019 and has already made it to the Top favourite picks for the international crown by the pageant fanatics. She succeeds Miss International Nigeria 2016 Ivie Mary Young Akpude. In the last two years, Nigeria did not participate in Miss International.

Ever since her delegation got confirmed, Alice has been working towards her advocacy ‘Project 101 Life an Indigent Child’. This project identifies basic areas of the critical needs of an indigent child: Health, education, social life and focuses on the development of underprivileged persons with a view of providing them with the above assistance and creating a better life.

She also explains her advocacy through her social media saying,“The society of our dreams cannot materialize if it future (the indigent child and youth) are not properly trained, inspired and equipped. The project is not just about Health, education and social life but also on treating the emotional, mental challenges and ills faced by children and youths.”
