Romée Dahlen has been officially announced as the Miss International Norway 2022 and will now represent Norway at the 60th Miss International pageant to be held later in Japan in December.

On being appointed Miss International Norway 2022, Dahlen took to her official social media as she wrote, “My name is Romée Dahlen, and I’m the new Miss International Norway 2022. In December I will represent Norway in Tokyo! I’m super excited and can’t wait to meet the other girls and show you everything I’ve been preparing for. You’re welcome to follow my amazing journey!”

Dahlen is 18 years of age who is a medical student from Bjørkelangen. She was adjudged as the first runner-up at Miss Norway 2022 which was held on 13th August 2022.

Miss International 2022 will be held on 13th December 2022 at the Tokyo Dome City Hall. Miss International 2019 Sireethorn Leearamwat of Thailand will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

Norway has won the Miss International title twice with Catherine Alexandra Gude in 1988 and Anne Lena Hansen in 1995. The country's last placement was in the Top 15 in 1996.
