Miss International Vietnam organization, through their official social media, announced the appointment of Nguy?n Phuong Nhi as the official Miss International Vietnam 2023. Nhi will represent Vietnam at Miss International 2023 in Japan.

Nguy?n Phuong Nhi is 21 years of age, born in 2002 in Thanh Hoa. Not new to the pageantry, Nhi was 2nd runner-up at Miss World Vietnam 2022. "I have been waiting for the opportunity to try at the international beauty playground for a long time. Miss International is the contest I wish for because I feel that I am suitable”, she quoted on her appointment.

Currently, Phuong Nhi is in the process of physical training, catwalk skills, interviews and learning more about foreign languages. Nhi is majoring in International Commercial Law, Hanoi Law University. She can communicate in English and Spanish. In high school, Phuong Nhi used to be on the English team of Ham Rong High School.

Ms. Pham Kim Dung, the National Director of Miss International Vietnam, said that Phuong Nhi meets the criteria of beauty and knowledge suitable for the contest. Nhi succeeds Miss international Japan 2022 Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh.
