Esther Memel crowned as Miss Cote D’Ivoire 2016

The finale of Miss Cote D’Ivoire 2016 held at the Sofitel Hotel in Abidjan which was televised nationally on RT1 concluded with the crowning of 20 years old Esther Memel from Yamoussoukro. Esther will now represent Cote D’Ivoire at the Miss World 2016 pageant to be held later this year.

At the same event, Abiba Bakayo was adjudged first runner-up, Marie-Loic Egué was adjudged second runner-up, Raïssa Diarrassouba was titled third runner-up and Grâce N’dri finished as fourth runner-up.

Miss Cote D’Ivoire has been in existence since 1956. Miss Cote D’Ivoire is an organisation chaired by Victor Yapobi (Comici). Do you think Esther has what it takes to be the next Miss World?
