Ai Yoshida crowned Miss Japan 2023

The finale of Miss Japan 2023 was held on 28th September 2023 at the Hotel Chinzanso in Tokyo where Ai Yoshida was crowned as the new winner. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Japan 2022 Shiori Kojima of Kanagawa.



Ai Yoshida is 25 years of age and represented Saga at Miss Japan 2023. She is a civil servant by profession who bested thirty-nine other contestants to win the national crown.

Miss Japan organization, through their official social media, wrote, “We aim to create opinion leaders who are not just beautiful in appearance, but also have intelligence, sensitivity, humanity, physicality, and confidence. The winner of the Grand Prix will be involved in official events and charity activities for one year as a representative woman of Japan.”



Also, Risa Hiroi of Yamaguchi, Shiori Ohno of Kumamoto, Miyuki Hase of Hokkaido, and Yanase Alessa of Osaka were adjudged as the first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.
