Miss Kentucky USA organization hosted the coronation night for the title of Miss Kentucky USA 2022 on 27th March 2022 at The Center for Rural Development, Somerset in Kentucky, USA where delegates from all over the state participated to win the opportunity to represent Kentucky at Miss USA 2022. At the end of the event, Lizzy Neutz of Greater Louisville was crowned as Miss Kentucky 2022.

Lizzy Neutz is a model and actor. She also partakes in real estate investment. After the win, Neutz expressed, “Wow! I can’t believe I woke up as your #MissKentuckyUSA 2022! This feels like an absolute dream (someone pinch me) and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you to everyone who has supported and believed in me throughout my journey over the last 3 years. I’m so excited for this year. Now Kentucky… let’s get to it.”

Top 6 for the event included Veronica Chisholm of Owen County, Rebecca Cook of Frankfort, Morgan Luster of Central Lexington, India Marks of Louisville, Lizzy Neutz of Greater Louisville and Cadie Hall of Ashland.

Also at the finale, Gabriella Hembree was crowned Miss Kentucky Teen USA 2022 as she became the official representative of Kentucky at Miss Teen USA 2022. Ann Benning and Anisha Boone were adjudged as first and second runner up respectively.

Lizzy succeeded Miss Kentucky USA 2021 Elle Smith for the title, who is also the reigning titleholder of Miss USA crown. She passed on her reign as Miss Kentucky USA on Sunday after she took her final walk as representative of the state at the stage of The Center for Rural Development.
