Miss Korea organization has unveiled its 33 contestants who will be vying for the prestigious chance to represent the country at Miss Earth and Miss International 2017 pageants.

Miss Korea is the oldest national Beauty Pageant in Korea, which has been held annually since 1956. It is sponsored by The Hankook Ilbo, a sister newspaper of The Korea Times. Miss Korea pageant is responsible for sending representatives from Korea to the Miss Earth and Miss International pageants. Till 2010, Miss Korea also used to send representatives at Miss World pageant.
