Miss Korea 2018 competition is ready to start as the search for the finalists of the competition has begun. The finale night of Miss Korea 2018 will take place in June, 2018 sometime and the winner at the end of the competition will get the chance to represent Korea in Miss Universe 2018 international pageant.
The Miss Korea contest, which celebrates its 62nd anniversary this year, has regulations governing participation qualifications in order to raise the quality, fairness and credibility of the contest. It also meets the minimum qualifications required to meet international competition qualifications.

?Miss Korea 2018 qualification, the selection criteria of the region, and the matters to be notified are as follows.
Required participation qualification
Nationality and age
Republic of Korea nationality woman born from January 1, 1992 to December 31, 2000
No experience of marriage and childbirth
- If you are a Korean parent, applicants for overseas regional competitions can apply regardless of their nationality (only for overseas conventions / should be able to communicate in Korean)
- Minors (under 19 years old) Applicants must have legal representative agreement
Education Standards - High school graduate or equivalent.
However, in case of a foreign high school graduate, it must be proved that it is scheduled to graduate until the day of the main competition day (scheduled for July 2018).

At the end of the coronation night in June, 2018, the reigning Miss Universe Korea 2017 Cho Se-Hui will crown her successor and pass on her reign.
