Marina Gray crowned Miss Maine USA 2018 for Miss USA 2018

At the denouement of Miss Maine USA 2018 finale held on 26th November 2017, Marina Gray was crowned as Miss Maine USA 2018. She will now go on to represent her state, Maine, in Miss USA 2018 expected to be held next year. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Maine USA 2017 Brooke Harris.

Marina is 19 years of age and stays in Trenton. She earned her bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communication and a minor in psychology from the University of Maine. Marina is also a member of the United States military. In addition to rocking her first ever pageant and claiming the title of Miss Maine USA 2018, she was promoted to Sergeant Gray in the Army National Guard just months before taking the stage.

After winning the title, Marina expressed her excitement and gratitude by saying, “I’ve had an overwhelming amount of people reach out to me from different parts of our state & country to congratulate me. This opportunity is more than I could’ve ever dreamed of. I wish I could reach out to everyone personally but it’s time I get some rest & start prepping for Miss USA. If you put passion and determination into your dreams they can become a reality. This crown on my head is giving proof. Thank you again.”

At the same event, Erin McPherson was crowned Miss Maine Teen USA 2018 and she will now represent her state in Miss USA 2018 pageant to be held next year.
