At the conclusion of Miss Massachusetts USA 2018 finale held at the Lowell Auditorium, Massachusetts on 21st November 2017, Allissa Latham was crowned as Miss Massachusetts USA 2018. She will now go on to represent her state, Massachusetts, in Miss USA 2018 to be held next year. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Massachusetts USA 2017 Julia Scaparotti.
Allissa is 26 years of age and lives in Lowell. She currently works as a model for Victors International Model & Talent Management located in New Orleans, Louisiana. Apart from modelling, Allissa is quite good in acting and dancing as well. She desires to use her title to reach out to a larger portion of the community and spread awareness about various social issues.
Moments after the judge's decision was revealed, the announcement sent her nearly falling to her knees in excitement. After winning the magnificent crown she expressed her happiness by saying, "I'm feeling ecstatic, I could not be happier, you never know what will happen until you put yourself in that position and you try."
At the same event, Lexi Woloshchuk was crowned as Miss Massachusetts Teen USA 2018 and she will now represent her state in Miss Teen USA 2018.
