The Miss Mexico organization has announced the election of Evelyn Alvarez as the country’s official representative for Miss Elite World 2022. The new Miss Mexico Elite 2022 will receive the crown and sash in the hands of the international queen Fernanda Pumar in the coming months.

After being elected as the new queen, Evelyn took to her social media to express her gratitude as she wrote, “Thanks to all those who were on the lookout for the votes, thanks to those who believe in me, and those who are getting to know me, let me show you that I have all the disposition, discipline and love to give everything in Miss Elite World.”

Evelyn is 27 years old, is a communicator, businesswoman and TV presenter. She is also the founder of Magenta Management, a modelling agency that trains aspiring models and beauty queens with courses including catwalk, image, poses, communication, self-makeup and personal development.

 “I am very excited and proud to have the opportunity to shout the name of our country Loud! As only Mexicans know how to be,” the diva added. Evelyn represented Nuevo León and surpassed her companions from Guerrero and Hidalgo in the final interview.

The judging panel for the election included Rosa María Ojeda – Miss Universe Mexico 2007, Amaraby – Mexican Haute Couture Designer, Cristina Cuellar – CEO Of Cristina Cuellar Institute, Mua and Image Director of Miss Mexico organization and César Mushi - Mua, Brown Artist and Fashion Designer.

Evelyn will soon represent Mexico at the international stage in June this year. Miss Elite 2022 is set to take place in Somabay, Red Sea, Egypt. While the details of the coronation night are yet to be finalized, the pre-pageant activities will kick off from 3rd June and will continue till 11th June 2022. The winner of this year’s edition will succeed Miss Elite 2021 Fernanda Pumar for the title.
