Miss Minnesota USA 2022 was held on 29th May 2022 at the Ames Center in Burnsville, Minnesota where Madeline Helget was crowned the new queen. Helget succeeds and was crowned by Miss Minnesota USA 2021 Katarina Spasojevic and will represent Minnesota at Miss USA 2022.
Madeline Helget gave a stellar performance at the state finals. Standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, Helget won National American Miss Minnesota Teen 2016. In November 2016, she won National American Miss 2016 at Anaheim Marriott in Anaheim, California, USA. She graduated from Annandale High School in Annandale, Minnesota in 2017.
Representing Clearwater, Helget won Miss Minnesota Teen United States 2018. In July 2018, she represented Minnesota at Miss Teen United States 2018 and was the first runner-up. The newly crowned Miss Minnesota USA 2022 Madeline Helget’s court included –
1st Runner-up – Natalie Reazy
2nd Runner-up – Nkechi Okorie
3rd Runner-up – Muna Ali
4th Runner-up – Elle Gilbert
Also at the finale, Ava Ernst was crowned Miss Minnesota Teen USA 2022 and became the official representative of Minnesota at Miss Teen USA 2022. Mikhala Rivers, Tiffany Manning, Sarah Anderson and Maisie Adams were adjudged first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.
