The finale of Miss Missouri USA 2023 was held at The Mansion Theatre for the Performing Arts on Sunday, 21st May 2023 where Autumn Black was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Missouri at Miss USA 2023.
Black succeeds and was crowned by Miss Missouri USA 2022 Mikala McGhee. Along with the winner, Olivia Henson was adjudged as the 1st Runner-up while Alyssa Chandler, Sydney Wilhelm and Ashiyn Hoock second, third and fourth runners-up respectively. Miss Congeniality was won by Keara Okolo along with People's Choice Award.
Top 13 also included Madison Horner, Elexandria Simon, Hannah Nalley, Jasmine Wells, Destiny Davis, Sydney Hammit, Keara Okolo and Kinsey Stephens.
Also at the finale, Madison Beck was crowned Miss Missouri Teen USA 2023 as she became the official representative of her state at Miss Teen USA 2023. Jayci Holcomb, Sophie Schilling, Olivia Hayes and Reese Car were adjudged first, second, third, fourth runners-up respectively.
