The finale of Miss Ohio USA 2023 was held on 20th May 2023 at The Vern Riffe Center for the Arts, Portsmouth, Ohio where Mackenzie Schutt was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Ohio at Miss USA 2023.

Mackenzie Schutt took to the official social media as she penned her emotions and wrote, “I’m excited to introduce myself - Mackenzie Schutt Miss Ohio USA 2023! I am humbled and so honored to step into this title and represent Ohio at MISS USA! I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the outpouring of support I’ve had over the years from family, friends, fellow contestants, people in the audience, and fans from afar. Thank you, I couldn’t do it with out you all!”

The newly crowned Miss Ohio USA 2023 Mackenzie Schutt’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Emily Quinn

2nd Runner-up – Macy Hudson

3rd Runner-up – Katarina Putnick

4th Runner-up – Argisa Deda

5th Runner-up – Allison Greenwood

Top 16 also included Katelyn Zhao, Andrea Hunter, Morgan Murchland, Mercia Stephens, Lillian Kish, Brooke Stanley, Kiyasia Hudson, Allie Moon, Megan Hiller and Cassandra Ponzi.

Also at the end of the event finale, Carolina Sola was crowned Miss Ohio Teen USA 2023 as she became the official representative of Ohio at Miss Teen USA 2023. Mackenzie Gibson, Kyleigh Engle, Gabby Anderson, Aishwarya Somakanandan and Frankie Madosky were adjudged first, second, third, fourth and fifth runners-up respectively.
