Madyson Rigg was crowned Miss Montana USA 2023 in a state final held last Sunday, 7th May 2023 at the Fergus Center for Performing Arts in Lewistown as she became the official representative of Montana at Miss USA 2023 in Reno, Nevada. Madyson succeeds and was crowned Miss Montana USA 2022 Heather Lee O'Keefe.

Madyson Rigg is 27 years of age and a marketing manager from Kalispell. She is a former Miss Montana Teen USA. On winning the state crown, Madyson took to her official social media as she wrote, "Speechless. Honored. Shocked. Grateful. My love for this state and its people is so vast and integral to who I am — I hope that I bring pride to our Big Sky state in this role."

Also at the finale, Megan Brewer of Melstone was adjudged as the first runner-up while Olivia Brown of Billings, Cathlyn Hammond of Big Sky, and Anoush Keuylian of Flathead County were adjudged as the second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.

Along with the winner, Ava Williams was crowned Miss Montana Teen USA 2023 as she became the official representative of Montana at Miss Teen USA 2023. Her runners-up included Shoei Davis, Brooke Burnett, Kaitlyn Landwehr, and Sage Sportsman who were adjudged first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.
