Miss Mundo de Puerto Rico 2014 (or Miss World Puerto Rico 2014) is scheduled to be held on August 13' 2014 at Teatro de la Escuela de Bellas Artes in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Miss Mundo de Puerto Rico 2013 Nadyalee Torres will crown her successor at the conclusion of the event. Miss World 2013 Megan Young is in Puerto Rico attending the event activities.
22 beautiful girls from across the country will compete at the final night to win the coveted Miss Mundo de Puerto Rico 2014 crown and a chance to represent Puerto Rico at Miss World 2014 pageant. While the list of contestants include some fresh faces, there are faces with strong pageantry and modeling experience too.
The finalists include Genesis Davila, who was part of Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2013; Tershya Soto, who was also in Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2013; Franceska Toro, the first runner up in Miss World Puerto Rico 2013; Lety Perez, who was in Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2011; Laura Irizarry, a semifinalist in Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2013; and Rebeca Valentín, a professional model.

While the winner of Miss Mundo de Puerto Rico 2014 will go to Miss World 2014, starting 2014 the first runner-up will compete in Miss Earth 2014 while the second runner-up will compete in Miss Grand International 2014.
