At the conclusion of the grand coronation night held on 6th July 2019 at the Windhoek Country Club Resort and Casino, Nadja Breytenbach was crowned the the new queen as she became the official representative of Namibia in Miss Universe 2019. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Namibia 2018 Selma Kamanya.
Nadja Breytenbach performed with excellence and grace at the finale. Through her crown and her psychology degree, Nadja will now work towards making a positive, uplifting and lasting change in her community. She is definitely a beauty with brains and has proven she is ready to compete at an international level. The newly crowned queen’s court included-
1st Runner-Up - Julita-Kitwe Mbangula
2nd Runner-Up - Johanna Swartbooi
Twelve contestants competed for the national title from which Top 5 were selected by an accomplished panel of jury - Nadja Breytenbach, Yana Haenisch, Varaa Hambira, Julita-Kitwe Mbangula, Johanna Swartbooi.
