Miss Nepal 2020, the 26th edition of Miss Nepal, will begin soon where delegates from all over the country will compete for the national title as the winner of the title will be representing Nepal at Miss World 2020. Along with that, the national pageant will also send representatives to various other international pageants. With wish lists being prepared of potential candidates for the title, we have picked out our suitable candidate for the win.

Hailing from Kathmandu, Aruni Waiba wrapped up her schooling from Mahadev Janta HSS School and is pursuing a course of Home Sciences from Patan Multiple College, Lalitpur, Kathmandu. Apart from her academics, she worked as a model with Korea Model Association - New Star Model and currently she is a freelancer model. Aruni also aims to be an air hostess.

Not new to the pageantry, Aruni came into the pageantry as she participated in Miss Mangol 2013. She has also done music videos, short movies and lots of fashion shows through the years. he finds Nepali modelling and movie industry progressive and is interested in acting as well. Standing 168 cm tall, Aruni also participated in Face of Nepal 2017 where she was adjudged the first runner-up.

Aruni had to face quite a lot of difficulties as her parents were against the choice of her profession. Fashion to her is life, passion and thirst. She also spends her time singing and running her own modelling agency and providing platform to the upcoming models.

A quintessential Nepali beauty, Aruni definitely has the looks and the experience to make a strong standing at the national contest. She embodies confidence, radiance and elegance through her stance and is a fluent speaker. If she wins the national crown, she will be an ideal representative of Nepal at Miss World platform as well.
