At the event finale of Miss Paraíba Be Emotion 2018, Ana Carla Medeiros was crowned as the winner. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Paraíba Be Emotion 2017 Larissa Aragaoh. Ana Carla Medeiros will now represent Paraiba at the upcoming Miss Brasil Be Emotion 2018 aka Miss Universe Brazil 2018.

The reigning Miss Universe Brazil is Monalysa Alcântara who will crown her successor at the end of the event finale. The winner of the national pageant will represent Brazil at Miss Universe 2018 where Miss Universe 2017 Demi Leigh Nel Peters will crown her successor.

From the City of Campina Grande, the 21-year-old works as a professional model. Working all around the world, Ana is currently working as a DJ in Thailand. Well, she sure is going to take a break from entertaining audience with her music to focus on her national pageant now.
