Miss Philippines Earth 2019 Welcome party was held on 3rd June 2019 at the Carousel Mansion in Mandaluyong City, where 38 of the 42 official candidates were officially introduced to guests, sponsors and media. Official delegates from different regions (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao) and countries (Australia, Canada, Italy and Germany) came together with their delicacies to celebrate the Welcome Party - Food Festival.

Miss Philippines Earth 2019 is honoring the flowers of the nation this year with the theme of Miss Philippines-Earth Blossoms in 2019, as a tribute to the beauty and preservation it gives to the environment. The welcome party was hosted by Miss Philippines Water 2018 Berjayneth Chee and Miss Philippines Fire 2017 Nellza Bautista.

The ladies were divided into regions of Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao and NCR (including reps of the Filipino Overseas Communities) where they were asked to perform individual presentations that reflect the uniqueness of their respective origins in the country. Mindanao contingent got the solo recognition of being chosen as the best performers with a Gold Medal awarded on the spot.

The finals of Miss Philippines Earth 2019 will be held in July (details of date and venue are to be finalized soon), till then the contestants are focusing on the pre-pageant activities related to  environmental awareness and seminars, school and sponsor visits, medal-earning challenges and unique preliminary judgings.
