Miss Russia 2015 grand finale is scheduled to be held on April 18' 2015. Yulia Alipova, the Miss Russia 2014, will crown her successor who will represent Russia at Miss Universe 2015 international pageant. Recently the 5o gorgeous contestants participated at their national costume and talent round and competed against each other. As the contestants are busy with their preliminary activities, amidst the entire hustle bustle, let’s take out some time and know a bit more about the contestants…

Anastasia Lepikhova   

Standing tall at a towering height of 5’9 Anastasia is a student at the Medical College. Anastasia loves taking adventure trips and playing sports. She has been an active participant at skiing ever since her childhood days. Her first marathon cross country skiing was when she was 16, at a distance of 37km. "I believe that I have the qualities of Miss Russia : beauty, intelligence, kindness, sincerity, and I always believe in stretching out a helping hand. "

Evgenia Sidorova   

Evgenia completed her graduation from Novosibirsk State Academy of Water Transport. From the past 5 years, Evgenia has been working in a modeling agency as a model and has been living independently ever since. Standing at a towering height of 5’10, Evgenia Sidorovo looks like one strong contender for the pageant.

Ekaterina Feoktistova  

Ekaterina completed her studies at the National Research South Ural University, majoring in state and municipal administration. She is inclined towards music, and enjoys playing piano. She is currently working as a model. Ekaterina says, “During the contest. I learned a lot of new and interesting, from the power supply to the different workouts: stage movement, catwalk. I try to absorb this knowledge to become better and better every day. As the saying goes: "Everything goes only to our work and perseverance!"

Olya Krasikova   

A student of tourism, Olya has managed to learn ballroom dancing, gymnastics, singing, and guitar. The all-rounder has always been enthusiastic about swimming, playing tennis, drawing and sports. Olya loves adventure and dreams of sky diving, parachute jumping, and plans to do all of it with her boyfriend who is in army.

Alexandra Alexandrova  

Standing tall at a towering height of 5’11, Alexandra is a student of Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics, at Tver State University. The beauty has the title of Miss Tver to her name. Alexandra is fond of dancing and teaches cheerleading at the university. For the past four years, she has been engaged in artistic gymnastics and has been doing cheerleading for nine years. "I think I deserve the title of Miss Russia 2015, as meets all the requirements and have the necessary qualities of the winner of the national competition.” Says, Alexandra.

Anastasia Naydyonova 

20 years old Anastasia Naydyonova is 175 cm (5’9) tall and acquires a secondary professional education in "Finance". Currently she is studying at Voronezh State University at the Faculty of Economics. Her interests exist in attending gymnastic sessions, playing basketball, volleyball, dancing and learning foreign languages. Her motivation behind participating at the pageant was her parents and few of her close friends, who held up to her to participate at the pageant. 

Ksenia Nikitenko   

19 years old Ksenia is pursuing a degree in Personnel Management from Vyatka State University. Since four years she has been actively involved in tennis and has won many prizes for the same. She is also inclined towards music and started taking up music classes at a tender age of eight. Xenia loves sharing hand-made gifts with friends and relatives. She also used to make hand-made jewelries which quite popular among her friends now!!

Violetta Igoshina 

21 years old Violetta standing tall at a height of 5’10 is a chef who is specialized in baking and making desserts. She entered the Krasnodar Regional Basic Medical College a desire to become an operating nurse. Over the past five years, she has been working as a full time model abroad. Violetta loves adventure and speed and enjoys bike riding. And has an experience in parachute jumping froma height of 4000 meters.

Evgenia Puchinskaya  

20 years old Evgenia a student of MSLA is madly and deeply in love with singing. She devotes majority of her spare time to music, mostly Russian folk songs. Evgenia loves music so much so that she makes sure that even while travelling she carries her collection and when in another country, she teaches their people her Russia folk tracks.

Darya Kuznetsova   

Standing at a towering height of 5’10, 21 years old Darya has been involved in dance since past 10 years and enjoys cooking. She won the title “Beauty Belogoriya 2014” where in one of the members of the jury was the representative of the Director of Miss Russia. Darya have some strange phobias, she scared of feathers and birds. Darya believes she posses not only external beauty but also inner and hence she deserves to win the title of Miss Russia 2015.
