Miss South Africa 2020, the 62nd edition of Miss South Africa, will host its finale soon where the next delegate to represent South Africa at Miss Universe 2020 will be crowned. South Africa’s performance at the international beauty pageants has been incredible as the divas have always proven their worth in the competition and with their remarkable performances, they have taken home multiple titles, especially in the recent years.

With South Africa’s splendid pursuance at Miss Universe 2019 under Zozibini Tunzi’s delegation, it would be interesting to see which diva gets to represent South Africa at an international level in 2020. With our Wishlist being prepared for the pageant, we have picked out our suitable candidates for the title. Eloïse van der Westhuizen is a 24-year-old merchandise planner from Panorama in Cape Town. She has a BCom honours degree from the University of Stellenbosch. She is also a model who works with 20 Model Management. Eloïse lists outgoing Miss SA Tamaryn Green as her role model.

Westhuizen is not new to the pageantry as she competed just last year only, in Miss South Africa where Zozibini Tunzi was crowned. The beauty has a tall hourglass figure and an enchanting fair complexion with endearing facial features such as the beautiful upturned nose, perfectly V-shaped jawline big almond-shaped eyes. With her mesmerising beauty, she will be able to have a great foothold in the finale.

If she participates and manages to win the national title of Miss South Africa, she will definitely be one of the strongest contestants in the pageant. Her last year’s pursuance also says a lot about her as the way she performed, it shows that this year’s participation can take her directly to the crown. Miss South Africa needs to be strong, mentally and physically and she sure is the best example of it.
