Miss South Africa 2020 Final Hot Picks

09 Oct 2020 | Ana Walia

The 62nd edition of Miss South Africa i.e., Miss South Africa 2020 is all set to host the coronation night on 24th October 2020 at The Table Bay Hotel, Cape Town. Ten stunning and strong finalists will compete for the national crown and the opportunity to represent South Africa in Miss Universe 2020, Miss World 2020 and Miss Supranational 2020. Sasha-Lee Olivier Miss South Africa 2019 will crown the successor at the end of the event finale.

We’ve selected top 4 finalists who we think have the potential to win the national title. Let’s look at the stunning and strong divas:

Jordan van der Vyver

Jordan is 24-years-old who comes from Greenpoint in Cape Town and is an international model who usually spends half the year working in the US. She wants to use the platform of Miss South Africa to empower and build confidence in the women of South Africa to let them know that they are more than they know. Being an international model, Jordan feels that because she has seen the hardships of life from the front row, she can use that to build up their confidence and boost up their moral in order to empower them for their future. She had explained that she would like to use the opportunity if she wins the title; to continue the legacy of the previous Miss South African queens and help in the progress of making the country one of the finest in the world. She is one of the strongest contenders for the title and is hoping to win either of the three crowns.

Karishma Ramdev

Karishma is 25-years-old who hails from Chatsworth in KwaZulu-Natal but lives in Johannesburg and is a qualified medical doctor working at the Charlotte Maxeke Academic Hospital. One of the strongest contenders and fan’s favorite for the title as she seems like a potential candidate to represent South Africa at international stage. She has been performing exceptionally well at all the pre-pageant activities and having fun with all the other delegates. Karishma had mentioned, if she wins Miss South Africa 2020 title, she would like to meet Queen Elizabeth II so that she could ask her advice on how to keep her crown shiny. She feels very honored and grateful for the opportunities and is looking forward to the finale night.
