The 63rd Miss South Africa is all set to be hosted in October this year as the organization released a trailer announcement asking the potential aspirants to enter themselves for the competition a few weeks ago. The winner of Miss South Africa 2021 will succeed Miss South Africa 2020 Shudufhadzo Musida for the title and earn the opportunity to represent South Africa in an international competition. The last date to enter the competition is 24th June 2021 at midnight.

While some divas have already entered the competition, another strong name has surfaced who has confirmed her entry as an applicant. Lalela Mswane has decided to pursue a childhood dream by entering Miss South Africa 2021 and is excited to embark on this journey soon.

Hailing from Richards Bay in KwaZulu-Natal, 24 year-old Lalela currently resides in Pretoria. She is a model, dancer and a graduate with a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Pretoria. She is passionate about the abatement of unemployment and would love to use the title of Miss South Africa to join forces with her predecessors and become a catalyst for change.

Mswane is one of the most potential faces in South Africa and has been receiving huge support from her fans and pageant followers. She also founded the ‘Lalela Mswane Foundation’, an NGO that strives to empower the youth to soar beyond the boundaries that life has placed before them.

The foundation envisions to empower young South Africans, particularly those stemming from parentless backgrounds, to soar beyond the boundaries life has placed before them by means of mentorship programmes as well as equip them with the necessary tools to ensure that they succeed in their chosen paths.

Lalela shows great potential and can definitely make it far in the competition. She will be a strong contender and representative for the country at international platforms.
