The 63rd edition of Miss South Africa, i.e., Miss South Africa 2021 will be hosted in October as the organization posted a trailer as an announcement for asking potential candidates to enter themselves for the competition. The winner will succeed Miss South Africa 2020 Shudufhadzo Musida for the title and earn the opportunity to represent South Africa in an international competition. The last date to enter the competition is 24th June 2021 midnight.

Ansune Woest is the very first candidate whose name came up after the announcement of the entries being released for the beauty competition. Hailing from Vryburg, Ansune is 23-years-old and is a professional model. She entered the competition because of the impact former Miss South African queens have had on her and she aspires to have the same on someone in the future too.

The diva is new to the beauty pageant world but is determined that she will perform her best at the competition if given a chance, as she would like to make an impact on the youth of the community and make them have confidence in themselves and work for their dreams. In her video, she mentioned that she never thought that she would be able to enter a competition, but this felt like the right time to do it.

Ansune is beautiful, confident, and positive about her dedication towards the crown and is hoping that she will be able to impress the judges and audience with her charming personality and confidence to win the title. She has started to work on herself for the competition and is looking forward to having a positive response from the organization. The diva is a god-fearing woman who truly believes that one should always thank god for their existence and whatever they have in life.

The beauty queen’s social media posts, even though few, state that she is a strong-headed woman as she shared, "People know your name, not your story. They’ve heard what you have done but not what you’ve been through-so take their opinions of you with a grain of salt. In the end, it’s what you think about yourself that counts. " She is thankful for everything she has achieved till now in terms of her career and is looking forward to making South Africa proud.

Do you think she will be selected?
