Miss South Africa 2022, 64th edition of Miss South Africa, will be held in August 2022. Lalela Mswane of KwaZulu-Natal will crown her successor at the end of the event finale. The winner will represent South Africa at either Miss Universe 2022, Miss World 2022 or Miss Supranational 2023.
The organization announced Top 30 delegates who have begun their journey at the national contest. In a series of features, lets know more about these delegates. Luvé Meyer, from Brackenfell in Cape Town in the Western Cape, has made it to Top 30.
On making it to Top 30 as the official delegate, Meyer took to her official social media as she wrote, “When it feels like you have a mountain to climb, just focus on what is right in front of you. Focus on the task at hand and doing your best to complete the task in such a way that you know you took a risk and left it all out there. No regrets.”
“Today I am proud of myself for completing the first step of this journey. Now we focus on the next task at hand. Giving it my all, becoming the best version of myself, learning, growing, serving and cementing friendships. I’m here to focus on what’s right in front of me, because that’s where the magic happens”, she added.
Meyer is a full-time model and a small business co-owner. She has a Bachelor of Health Science and Social Services degree and an honors degree in psychology from the University of South Africa. Her goal is to complete her master’s degree in clinical psychology.
Meyer is a strong and humble woman who will definitely make a strong impression at the national competition. If she maintains her work with the same sincerity and dedication, Meyer has the chance to make it to Top 10.
