The inaugural edition of Miss Supermodel Philippines has begun as delegates from all over the country have been selected to compete at the national competition. One of these ladies will be the next Miss Supermodel Philippines and will represent the Philippines in the Miss Supermodel Worldwide pageant in India this April, 2023. Alexandra Mae Rosales is the reigning Miss Supermodel Worldwide 2022.

The coronation night of Miss Supermodel Philippines 2023 will be held on 23rd February 2023 at the Manila Hotel. The organization is currently hosting the pre-pageant activities as the finale night beckons. The batch boasts of stunning and talented ladies who are capable of representing Philippines at an international stage.

The official contestants competing for Miss Supermodel Philippines 2023 are Shyrla Santos Nuñez, Imogene Blanche Belles, Mariah Nilo, Querubin Gonzalez, Aileen Joyce Santiago, Karla Majam, Floriane Lajara, Klebsiella Pasion, Jireh Calacala, Marinella Catangay, Erika Ballon, Katherine Padilla, Ryzah Ortiz, Alexia Villa, Chloe Guatno.

Miss Supermodel Worldwide beauty pageant, organized in 2018 and owned by Indian businessman Sandep Kumar, aims to support women empowerment, tourism and culture exchange. The pageant motto is Beauty with Intellect. Two previous Philippine representative were Samantha Arcilla, who competed in 2018 but was unplaced and Karen Aquino Eje, who competed in 2019 and ended up Top 15 Finalist.
