Stephania Stegman from Paraguay who was crowned Miss Supranational 2015 on December 4’ 2015 will be making her first visit of reign at the "Boulevard 2016 Carnival" on January 8’ 2016.  The news was announced by Gloria Limpias, director of the house of beauty "Promociones Gloria". The eighth version of "Boulevard 2016 Carnival", which will be held for the second time in Cambódrono, will be attended by the very famous Hispanic queen, Sofia del Prado and the reigning Miss Supranational, Stephania Stegman.

Limpias added that the parade will feature all Bolivian misses, except for Miss Bolivia Universe 2013 Claudia Tavel, who will be in those days represent the country in a beauty contest. Thus, for this year they will feature the show with a total of 100 people with the work of 15 designers.

Roque Alvarenga, one of the coordinators of the event, said that the runway will showcase Santa Cruz Carnival. "About 15 paintings will be presented", he said. "I hope there are many people to support and celebrate the coming of so majestic Carnival.” Meanwhile, the chairperson of Miss World Bolivia 2015, Vinka Nemer, will participate for the first time at the carnival. Miss Bolivia International, Daniela Nunez del Prado added that expectations for this version is heating.
