Miss Supranational 2017, the 9th edition of Miss Supranational pageant, is getting ready for its finale. Sixty-three gorgeous girls are competing this year to succeed the beautiful Miss Supranational 2016 Srinidhi Shetty of India.
The pageant this year is hosted jointly by Poland and Slovakia, with the finale slated to take place on 1st December 2017 in the spa resort city of Krynica Zdroj, Poland. The contestants initially arrived in Poland and then travelled to Slovakia, where the preliminary evening gown of the pageant was held. For the finale, the contestants will travel back to Poland.
Though the number of countries represented in the pageant is less in number compared to other international pageants held so far, yet this year's bunch of beauties for Miss Supranational 2017 is really something to watch out for.
In the preliminary evening gown contest, the girls looked gorgeous, making it difficult to select the favourites to win the contest. We were particularly impressed with the European beauties competing this year and given that for last five years no European girl has won the Miss Supranational title it would be interesting to see if a girl from Europe wins the pageant which has originated in Europe. We also found some Asian, Latina and African beauties exceptional and with the potential to win the title this year. We shall be coming up soon with our hot picks soon.
