During the final question-answer round, Karla was asked, "If you have enough money and power to do a global charity project, what would you focus on?" She answered the question confidently, "I would focus on creating awareness about the importance of mental health. I, have been through many struggles with my mental health and I know it’s not easy when you go through something hard. So, I would advocate the importance of education regarding mental health because that is the basis of a healthy and good society."

Drawing reference from her own life, Thato answered that, as someone who cyberbullied herself sometimes because of the industry we are in, she would tell the young boy or girl to ignore it. She added that "most bullies are going through a lot in their personal lives and are imposing the beliefs they have about themselves on you, and you should not believe the negative comments you get on social media. You should understand that the person is hiding behind in their way. So, for youth to move forward, we should understand that social media is just social media. Nothing that goes on there is accurate. "
