Pauline Amelinckx, who was adjudged as the first runner-up at Miss Supranational 2023, has been officially crowned the first ever The Miss Philippines. The ceremony was held on Thursday, 10th August 2023.

Pauline was awarded the title at the grand Homecoming celebration event held at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria. She received the crown from Shamcey Supsup-Lee, the national director of Miss Universe Philippines.

The organization also took to their official social media and wrote, “Pauline Amelinckx received her crown as the first-ever The Miss Philippines. As The Miss Philippines, Pauline represents confidence, intelligence, and positive change in addition to being a beauty queen.” As The Miss Philippines, Pauline represents ‘confidence, intelligence, and positive change in addition to being a beauty queen.’

The organization is currently accepting applications for the 2021 edition of The Miss Philippines. The winners are expected to represent the Philippines at the next editions of Miss Supranational and Miss Charm.
