Liva Miss Diva 2023, the 11th edition of the national pageant, is scheduled to be held on 27th August 2023. The reigning Miss Universe India Divita Rai and Miss Supranational India Pragnya Ayyagari will crown their successors respectively.
The organization held the final auditions round on 9th August 2023 where the aspirants competed for their place in the final 16. For the first time in the history, in accordance to the Miss Universe rules, the pageant accepted applications from all relationship statuses - married, divorced, pregnant, engaged, widowed and transwomen. Along with that, the height standard has been changed to a reduced format.

The winner of the pageant will represent India at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador while the new Miss Diva Supranational 2023 will represent India at Miss Supranational 2024 next year to be held in Poland.
