Pageant Group Canada held the finals of the 2023 edition of the national pageant on Saturday, 19th August 2023 in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada where Rachel Murgel was crowned Miss Supranational Canada 2023 as she became the official representative of Canada at Miss Supranational 2024.

Rachel Murgel gave a stellar performance at the national competition. She is Children’s literacy ambassador for Code NGO, a non-profit organization promoting every child's right to read. She succeeds Miss Supranational Canada 2022 Alexa Marie Grant.

On winning the national crown, Miss Supranational Canada 2023 Rachel Murgel took to her official social media as she wrote, “Words cannot describe the immense feeling of gratitude and joy this past week has brought me. All I know is that this is the start of a life altering journey, and I wouldn’t change it for the world.”

“Thank you to @pageantgroupcanada for your trust in me; I hope to make you proud. It was empowering to meet the other intelligent and beautiful delegates, and I can’t wait to support everyone as they move on to life’s next adventures”, she added.

Miss Supranational 2024, the 15th edition of Miss Supranational, to be held in Nowy Sacz, Malopolska, Poland where Miss Supranational 2023 Andrea Aguilera of Ecuador will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
