Miss Charm organization, through their official social media, announced the appointment of Melanie Renaud as the new Miss Charm Canada 2024 who will now prepare to represent the country at the upcoming edition of Miss Charm 2024.

A digital journalism and communications graduate of the University of Windsor, Melanie is not a pageant newbie; she placed as the second runner-up at Miss Universe Canada 2023. After that, she was crowned Miss International Canada 2023 and represented Canada at Miss International 2023 but could not place.

Fulfilling her social responsibility, Melanie advocates for autism awareness, because her brother is on the autism spectrum. She wants to educate and promote inclusivity and acceptance for everyone with a developmental disability. Melanie hopes to inspire young women to be confident in themselves and thrive as leaders in their communities.

As a Global Ambassador and spokesperson for the Starkey Hearing Foundation, she has also worked alongside Delta Zeta National to raise funds for the foundation and traveled with a team to Guatemala to provide hearing aids and hearing care to over 800 people. She is a confident and determined woman who will prove to be a strong representative of Canada at Miss Charm.

Miss Charm 2024, the 2nd edition of the Miss Charm, is scheduled to be held in Vietnam later in the year where Miss Charm 2023 Luma Russo of Brazil will crown her successor at the end of the event finale. Canada is debuting at Miss Charm under Melanie Renaud’s delegation.
