Natsumi Takenaka crowned Miss Supranational Japan 2019

Miss Supranational Japan 2019 hosted its finale night on 25th August 2019 in Kanda Myoujin Hall, Tokyo where contestants from all over the country competed for the national crown and the opportunity to represent Japan in Miss Supranational 2019. At the end of the event finale, Natsumi Takenaka was crowned the new queen. She succeeds Miss Supranational Japan 2018 Yurika Nakamoto.

From Higashi Tokyo, the 27-year-old beauty is an entrepreneur and professional model who lists cooking, nail art and wearing tradition Japanese clothes as her special skills. She stands 177 cm tall. She was also the winner of ‘People’s Choice Award’. The newly crowned queen’s court included –

First Runner-Up - Misaki Noguchi Miss Supranational Tokyo 2019

Second Runner-Up - Yurika Watanabe Miss Supranational Aichi 2019

The official social media of Miss Supranational organization also revealed the news in a post captioned, “Miss Supranational Higashi Tokyo 2019 Natsumi Takenaka has been elected Miss Supranational Japan 2019! One of her proudest achievements was to be a part of the Osaka junior high school championship team in softball, not just as a mere player, but as the ace pitcher! Welcome to our family Natsumi!”

Last year, Yurika Nakamoto represented Japan in Miss Supranational 2018 but unfortunately failed to win a position in the Top. The country is yet to pioneer its win in Miss Supranational beauty pageant.
