Miss Mexico organization hosted the preliminary competition on 14th April 2023 at Teatro Mariano Matamoros where Vanessa López was crowned Miss Supranational Mexico 2023 and became the official representative of Mexico at Miss Supranational 2023.

Vanessa López represented Sinaloa at the national competition. She is 28 years of age and stands 174 cm tall. Vanessa is not new to the pageantry as she competed in Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2013 and later represented her country in the Reina Hispanoamericana 2014 where she was elected viceroy.

Also at the finale, the delegates from Nayarit and Chiapas were adjudged as the first and second runners-up respectively while the delegates from Tamaulipas and Coahuila were adjudged on fourth and fifth positions.

The finale of Miss Mexico 2023 will be held at the Morelos theater in Michoacán on Saturday, 15th April 2023 where the representative of Mexico to Miss World 2023 will be crowned. The winner will succeed and be crowned by Miss Mexico 2022 Karolina VIdales.

Miss Supranational 2023, the 14th edition of Miss Supranational, will be held on 14th July 2023. Miss Supranational 2022 Lalela Mswane of South Africa will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
