Yana Haenisch appointed Miss Supranational Namibia 2019

25 Jul 2019 | Priya Bhardwaj

Yana Haenisch has been appointed Miss Supranational Namibia 2019 and will now represent Namibia in Miss Supranational 2019. She succeeds Miss Supranational Namibia 2018 Daniella Orumwense. The gorgeous Namibia beauty is surely going to set the stage on fire with her beauty and grace!

The 22-year-old Yana was born in Walvis Bay but is currently based in Windhoek. She participated in Miss Namibia 2019 where she was a part of our Top favourites for the title and with her incredible performance she placed in the Top 5 at the conclusion of the national pageant. She seemed like a promising delegate for the Miss Namibia 2019 crown as well.

An amalgamation of Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters and Miss Intercontinental 2018 Karen Gallman’s features, Yana is surely going to be a strong competition for the other ladies at Miss Supranational 2019. She has a vast experience of various cultures as she has travelled to various countries to pursue her career as a model. Currently, she is pursuing her graduation while working in the real estate industry.

As her advocacy, Yana wishes to focus on the impact and seriousness of the high unemployment rate of the Namibian youth in our country, which is currently at a high of 46.10 %. With her beauty and her sincerity to do better for her country, Yana is an ideal candidate to represent Namibia at an international level.

Miss Supranational Namibia 2018 Daniella Orumwense represented Namibia in Miss Supranational 2018 but unfortunately could not win a placement. Namibia is yet to pioneer its win in Miss Supranational pageant and with Yana’s appointment, the chances of the country’s win have definitely increased manifolds.
