Reigning title holder of the Miss Supranational pageant, Karina Pinilla, and Gerhard Parzutka Von Lipinski, the founder and president of the pageant, along with other judges, placed the tourism student from Darien at the top position during the coronation event at Hilton Hotel, Avenida Balboa in Panama City.
The Miss Supranational Panama beauty contest was directed by Daniel Hansell and Elissa Estrada. The Glam Models organised the pageant.
Leydis was crowned by Angie Keith, Miss Supranational 2015. The young pageant enthusiast will be this years’ envoy for Panama at the Miss Supranational 2016 contest, one of the top five international beauty pageants. It is scheduled to be held in December 2016, in Poland.
In the same event, there were two more winners who stood out of the 10 contesting finalists of Miss Supranational Panama. Carmen Librada De Gracia was adjudged at the second place while Ingrid Suarez took the third place in the contest.
