In a recent announcement made by Nuestra Belleza Puerto Rico Organisation, Valeria Vazquez has been appointed the title of Miss Supranational Puerto Rico 2018. She will now be representing Puerto Rico at Miss Supranational 2018.

Valeria Vazquez Latorre is a student of Medical Technology in the University of Puerto Rico’s Medical Science Campus. The 24-year-old Latina beauty has participated in runways both local and international, like in Dominican Republic and New York. She stands tall at a height of 180 cm.

She is a true beach baby, as she can often be seen hanging out at beaches. She loves to go on road trips and going out with friends and family. She wants to travel around the world and learn about new cultures and people. And most of all, she aspires to visit as many natural landmarks a country can offer.

Valeria Vazquez is preceded by Miss Supranational 2017 Larissa Santiago who was fourth runner-up at Miss Supranational 2017. The closest Puerto Rico has come to winning the crown of Miss Supranational was in the year 2011, when Miss Supranational Puerto Rico 2011 Valery Vélez Cuevas was second runner- up at the international platform.

The finals of Miss Supranational 2018 will take place on 7th December 2018 in the mountain resort of Krynica-Zdroj in Poland. The winner will be crowned by Miss Supranational 2017 Jenny Kim of Korea.
