The finale of Miss Supranational Thailand 2023 was held on Tuesday, April 4 at the Ultra Arena Hall, Show DC in Bangkok where Firstwang Patraporn Wang was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Thailand at Miss Supranational 2023.

Firstwang Patraporn Wang is 28 years of age and a model by profession. Previously, First Wang competed in Miss Universe Thailand 2019, where she placed in the top 5, and she has also won the title of Miss Intercontinental 2014. Firstwang bested 14 other contestants to win the national title.

Also at the finale, Poppy Boonyisa Chantrarachai and Natalia Malinda Phukthong were adjudged as the first and second runners-up respectively. Rounding out the Top 5 were Stamp Ketwarin (third runner-up) and Tiya Kitiya Laaituk (fourth runner-up).

Firstwang succeeded and was crowned by Miss Supranational Thailand 2022 Praewwanich Ruangthong who represented Thailand at Miss Supranational 2022 and placed as the first runner-up. Thailand won its first Miss Supranational title in 2019 when Anntonia Porsild was crowned the winner.

For the male category, Topz Nathanon Narathanyawirun was crowned Mister Supranational Thailand 2023. His court included Tonkla Patittada Photajareon, Bomb Jeerawat Vatchasakol, Jien Piyapat Sittikariyakul, and Book Komsan Srimongkolsiri.
