Miss Universe Philippines organization held the Photoshoot Challenge for the delegates where they were asked to bring their A-game to the photoshoot. The Photoshoot Challenge Fashion Film is available on Empire TV YouTube channel. The winner of the challenge will secure herself a spot in the finale.

Miss Universe Philippines 2023, the 4th edition of the national pageant, will be held on 13th May 2023 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Bay City, Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. Silvia Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
