Miss Supranational USA 2018 and People’s Queen Show delegate Katrina Jayne Dimaranan has departed for Poland to begin her journey in Miss Supranational 2018. The gorgeous half Filipina is all set to conquer the competition with her wit and charm.
Katrina took to her social media to announce her departure and the whole pageant community rushed to wish her good luck for her upcoming competition. As she posted a picture holding her country’s flag, she captioned, “And just like that I am off to Poland as Miss USA in this year’s Miss Supranational Pageant! The past few months, especially the last week has been super hectic and all over the place but I am enjoying it all nonetheless! I mean who gets to say they represented their entire country in an international pageant?”
Being a Filipina American, her mixed ethnicity has gained her quite a lot of fans not only in her country but in the Philippines as well. As she continued in her post, “No one can tell me I’m less Filipina or less American and strip down my ethnicity because of my nationality. Most importantly, I AM ME. If you really knew me and my life, you’d know that growing up and knowing all I’ve been through, I never expected to be where I am now and for that, I’m thankful and blessed. No need to get into sentimental details as I’m super emotional as of right now but all I can say is I’m already supra proud of how far I’ve come in life and this is just part of God’s plan! The gorgeous Filipina is a sucker for horror movies as that is her favourite genre. Before she began her journey in the People’s Queen Show, she had to put the pageantry on a side to take care of her family. The competition has reignited the fire and awakened her soul to give her best and get back in the pageant world. Accepting that nobody is perfect, Katrina strives to be the best version of herself and help to inspire others through her journey.
