Bárbara Parraga, representing Venezuela, was crowned Miss Teen International 2023 on Thursday, 22nd June 2012 at Aeon Mall Sen Sok City in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Teen International 2022 Ngo Ngoc Gia Han of Vietnam.

Bárbara Parraga is 18 years of age and a model by profession who hails from Guárico. She bested 20 other delegates to win the international title. Along with winning the crown, also bagged the Best Body and Best in Swimsuit awards.

The newly crowned Miss Teen International 2023 Bárbara Parraga’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Mannat Siwach of India

2nd Runner-up – Nidanath Sok of Cambodia

3rd Runner-up – Itamar Salcedo of the Dominican Republic

4th Runner-up – Bui Vu Xuan Nghi of Vietnam

Top 8 finalists also included were Floortje Timmer of the Netherlands, Angel Jed Latorre of the Philippines, and Chanoknan Rochanasmith of Thailand while Top 15 also included Botswana’s Rosa Osenotse, Cuba’s Jennifer Duquesne, Laos’ Vanvisa Namsena, Malaysia’s Alice Ong Hui Ling, Mexico’s Paulina Rodriguez, Namibia’s Zoë Karsten, and South Africa’s Washu Masindi Hlabioa.
