The grand finale of Miss Universe Indonesia Bali 2023 was held on Friday, 23rd June 2023 at Saba Theater, The Keranjang Bali where Putu Chelsea Ivana was crowned as the new queen as she became the official representative of Bali at Miss Universe Indonesia 2023.

Along with Putu Chelsea Ivana, the first runner-up Natasha Lilian and fan vote winner Lola Nadya Larasati have also made it as the official delegates of Miss Universe Indonesia 2023. Putri Dusak was adjudged second runner-up at the end of the event finale.

From this edition onwards, the organization is accepting married women and women with children to compete in the pageant, with the age requirement being 18-28 years. A new crown has also been launched called The Shimmering Hope Crown made by well-known jewelery manufacturer in Indonesia UBS Gold.

Miss Universe Indonesia 2023 will be the first edition of the Miss Universe Indonesia as the organization has gained the franchise to select Indonesia’s representative to Miss Universe after Puteri Indonesia lost the national franchise. The coronation event will take place on 3rd August 2023 at Beach City International Stadium, Jakarta and the winner will represent Indonesia at the Miss Universe 2023.
