Miss Malaysia Tourism 2021 national final was held on 1st May 2021 which was broadcasted live on the official facebook page. At the end of the event finale, How Zo Ee of Selangor was crowned the new queen. Zo Ee bested nineteen other delegates to win the national crown as she will now represent her country at Miss Tourism 2021.

How Zo Ee gave a stellar performance at the national contest following the motto of promoting tourism, culture and friendship. The national finals main hosts were Owen Yap and Li San while the glamour talk hosts were TSDO with Benjamin Yap, Adelina Chan & Joey Ong.

Along with her, Miss Malaysia Tourism Queen of the Year 2021 was awarded to Rachel Tee Hsu Xin who hails from Melaka. Miss Malaysia Tourism Metropolitan 2021 was awarded to Yoong Jia Yi who hails from Kuala Lumpur.

The subsidiary titles were awarded at the national competition; Best in Talent went to Stafenie Lim Bee Teng (Selangor) while Miss Photogenic was awarded to Jane Ow Jingji (Negeri Sembilan).

The panel of jury included Datuk Michael Chan (Executive Director / CEO of Media Prima Omnia), Zoee Tan (Movie Producer, Actress & Miss Malaysia Queen of Tourism 1996), Penny Soon (Miss Malaysia Dreamgirl 1992), Carven Ong (Fashion Designer) and Professor Ray Lee (Film Director & Producer).
