Preaw Sripatrprasite crowned Miss Tourism World Thailand 2020

Preaw Sripatrprasite was crowned Miss Tourism World Thailand 2020 on 25th July 2020 at Crystal Design Center in Bangkok, and will now represent Thailand at Miss Tourism World 2020 stage. Preaw succeeded Miss Tourism World Thailand 2019 Nong Pikul Kultida Thonglert for the crown and is very excited for the representing her country at international stage.

Preaw is 20-years-old and an Eastern Michigan University senior women's golfer who previously participated in Miss Teen Thailand International 2014 and after winning, she went on to participate in Miss Teen International 2015 winning again. After winning the title, the diva took to her social media account to thank the people who have supported her and kept her motivated throughout the competition. She also mentioned a special thank you for the Miss Tourism World Thailand organization for keeping all the safety measures in check for the 77 delegates who were competing for the title. She also thanked her Golf coach, University for supporting her in whatever she does.

She mentioned that she has always aspired to be a beauty queen as she loved watching beauty pageants on-screen. She added, "Being crowned Miss Tourism World Thailand 2020 still seems like a dream to me. By having three precious crowns and a title to hold when I'm just 20-years-old is beyond what I can imagine. Thank you to MTW ASIA and all the judges for seeing what I'm capable of and believing in me in order to help my beloved country during this time. I will hold this title with pride and I promise to do everything in my power to create a positive impact in our tourism economy."

The diva is strong, confident, dedicated, and focused on one goal which is to win the title for her country and make them proud. She has already started to prepare herself and is focusing on learning about the current affairs in the world for the communication and interview round at the competition which she believes is one of the essential rounds at the competition. She is also training for her walk-on stage, posing on stage, body angles, body postures, and maintaining her mental space and confidence on-stage. The diva is also giving her health utmost attention and working out every day to maintain healthy and fit body. With her positive attitude, strong performance, she can emerge as a strong contender for the title and might even bring the title back home.

The contest was created to help to revive tourism in Thailand after the world-wide pandemic of COVID-19. Miss Tourism World Thailand partnered with Amazing Thailand and the National Broadcasting Services of Thailand (NBT) to find its first Thailand Tourism ambassador.
