Miss USVI organization, through their official social media, announced the appointment of Madison Ramsingh as the official representative of USVI at Miss Earth 2023. Madison is currently holding the title of Miss USVI 2023.

Madison Ramsingh is 20 years of age and a baton twirling champion. She was crowned Miss USVI 2023 in May. Madison was born on the island of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands.

Madison is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in kinesiology at Hampton University in Virginia, USA. Madison wishes to develop a meaningful and lasting career as an athletic trainer in the field of professional sports.

On being appointed Miss Earth USVI 2023, the organization took to their official social media as she wrote, “The Miss USVI organization is thrilled to announce that our Queen, @madisonramsingh will be competing in the 23rd Miss Earth Pageant in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on December 22, 2023.”

“We invite every Virgin Islander, and every supporter to get your Virgin Island Flags ready for this pageant! We will be supporting Madison with our pride as she regally displays at Miss Earth, the majestic beauty and talent within our shores”, they added.

Miss Earth 2023, the 23rd edition of Miss Earth, will be held in Vietnam on 16th December 2023 where Miss Earth 2022 Mina Sue Choi of South Korea will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
