Miss United Continents 2022 Camelle Mercado arrives in Manila, Philippines

Camelle Mercado arrived at NAIA T3 last night from a very successful trip in Ecuador. She won the second Miss Universe Continents crown for her country, Philippines. She succeeds and was crowned by Anairis Cadavid Miss United Continents 2019 from Colombia.

Camelle stands 5 feet and 9 inches tall who is not new to the pageant world as Miss World Philippines 2019 is where she received most appreciation. In fact, she started joining at the age of 16 with school and provincial competitions. She has a degree in Secondary Education and is a teacher by profession. Camelle gave a stellar performance at the international competition.



Camelle looked absolutely stunning in her black co-ord outfit and the international crown. Her winning answer of unity plus speaking both Spanish and in English nailed her victory.

On winning the crown, Camelle took to her official social media as she wrote, “Philippines! It has been a great honor to carry you across my chest. I am ecstatic and gasping for words as I jot this.” She went on to thank everyone who helped her hone the skills which made her win the crown. “To my family, friends, S and everyone dear to my my heart... I am blessed and forever thankful for having you! The crown is not only mine, this is yours too”, she added.



Mercado was welcomed at the airport by her Pampanga team, Miss United Continents Philippines Organization PR director Andy Cayna and members of media. A victory party for the newest Pinay international beauty queen is being organized by MUCPO spearheaded by Santos together with general manager Jean Lacsina Tumang and Cayna.
