Pinay Queen Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach is turning Japanese doll for a day. Yes! Isn’t it exciting to see her in traditional Japanese attire? Hold your breath you will soon get a chance to see her in a regal Japanese get-up as she is presently shooting for an Asian app in which she'll be seen giving a tour around Asia.

Clad in baby pink coloured traditional Kimono, holding an umbrella (baby pink coloured), donning beautiful ‘Kanzashi’ (hair ornaments used in traditional Japanese hairstyles) on her head, and putting appealing chic and bright makeup, Queen Pia is looking no less than a Japanese Doll!

Traditional Japanese attire, Kimonos basically come in a variety  of types but ‘Furisode’ is a formal kimono type which is worn by young unmarried women. They are very vibrant, bright, rich with patterns and  made of very fine quality silk (the one Pia is clad in). The Furisode Kimono is mostly worn for some social functions, like tea ceremony, ikebana classes or wedding ceremony.

Afterward, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach also decked up in long sleek satin baby pink gown and fitted crop top, the stylist finished her look with giant floral headgear, triangle earring and bright make-up. Pia carried this attire as gracefuly as she is.

Giving a sneak peak of her shoot, Pia Wurtzbach wrote – “Just a little teaser on this new app we're working on with Miss Universe where I tour you around Asia! That's all the hint I'm giving for now ?????????? oh and do you think I can join Miss Universe again but as Miss Japan this time? I don't think they'll notice it's me, right? ????????”
